Oomph is a comprehensive fitness app designed for effective home workouts. Offering a range of kickboxing, boxing, booty, HIIT, and strength exercises, Oomph helps you burn fat, build muscle, and boost your confidence. Beyond just physical fitness, they also provide self-defense techniques to empower you with essential skills.
In addition to the wide array of workouts, Oomph offers a variety of meditations, affirmations, and visualizations to promote inner peace and unlock your true potential.
With easy-to-follow workouts and motivational coaches, Oomph ensures that your at-home fitness journey is both enjoyable and fruitful. The app allows you to customize every workout by choosing intensity and duration according to your preferences.
If you use an Apple Watch and enable Apple Health, Oomph seamlessly integrates your activity data, including workout details and calories burned.
Oomph is available as a free download with the option to subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers can try the app for free during a trial period. Annual subscriptions are charged the total annual fee upon purchase, while monthly subscriptions are billed per selected monthly option.
Payment is processed via your iTunes account at the time of purchase and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. Furthermore, there is no price increase when renewing a subscription.
